Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We ship within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Available shipping options may include:

4. Delivery Times

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing and shipping your order.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt with
hotos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in locating or replacing your order.
 

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
 

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery (e.g., incorrect address or unclaimed package), the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
