REFUND POLICY

3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48hrs of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
